Thank you for applying a professional quality Paintguard PPF – Your installing Product Dealer (“Seller”) is proud to provide the Customer (“Buyer”) who purchased the product, with E-warranty coverage against cracking yellowing and Peeling. his warranty is valid as long as the installation is performed according to Paintguard PPF’s recommended installation procedures. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective products.

WARRANTY AND CARE INFORMATION
PAINTGUARD (“PAINTGUARD” and the PAINTGUARD authorized dealer (“seller” hereinafter) warrant that for as long as the
original consumer of the PAINTGUARD films will:
- Maintain desired properties without cracking, crazing or peeling*;
- Maintain Adhesion Properties without blistering, bubbling, or delaminating;
- Maintain Appearance without discoloration
- In the event the product is found to be originally defective under this warranty, Seller or installer will:
- Replace the Quantity of Film proved to be defective
This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The above warranty is limited the owner from the date of
initial installation. The Company will cover defects on (the “Product(s)”) such as: yellowing**, staining, cracking, blistering, and
delaminating. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Company’s Products which are professionally installed in the manner
recommended by the Company. This warranty does not cover duplicate products under any circumstance whatsoever.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
- This warranty shall be extended to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
- This warranty is for the material*** only and does not include any labour cost involved.
- This warranty covers no other vehicle but only the car on which the film is applied.
- Repainted car surface is not covered under this warranty irrespective of the reason for removal.
Paint protection film disclaims any damages caused by outside forces other than product defect or abnormality.
- Warranty is only valid if installed on OEM (original equipment manufacturer) vehicle painted surfaces. Installation on repainted
vehicles may cause paint damage, which invalidated the ppf limited warranty.
- The dealer is not authorized to modify or extend warranty.
- This warranty shall be void if the film is subject to any kind of abuse, improper care, improper storage, improper handling ,or if
- cleaning or proper use instructions are not properly followed by the purchaser, any damage caused by misuse, accidents,
- misapplication, normal wear and tear, dents from road debris impact, collisions, and/or intentional/unintentional damage of any kind.
- To make a claim under this warranty in India, the first point of contact shall be authorized dealer or installer only.
- The claim shall be processed only upon production of his warranty along with proof of purchase identifying the name and details of
- The original and authorized installer/dealer, purchase price and date, product , and coverage areas. PAINTGUARD shall not be
responsible for any kind of warranties, offer or additional warranties offered by authorized dealers or installers. This warranty does
not restrict dealers or installers to provide additional relief. This warranty does not cover the Product installed on areas that are not
the vehicle OEM painted surface and is not responsible for any resulting damages or fines.
If the claim is found to be valid, an authorized PAINTGUARD installer shall remove the defective film and issue an invoice charging
the labour cost and with details of services provided.
PAINTGUARD does not warrant paint protection film installed on headlamps and is not responsible in any form or manner for any
resulting fines.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of installation of PAINTGUARD PPF and extends through the period of ownership by the
original registered owner of the vehicle. This warranty terminates upon the removal of PAINTGUARD PPF from the vehicle for any
reason. This warranty also terminates upon any sale of the vehicle and is not transferable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Except where prohibited by law, SIPL (PAINTGUARD) and the installer/dealer of the product(s) shall not be liable for any loss or
damage arising from the use of the paintguard product(s), whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of
the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability. Note that some states/regions/countries do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
NO CLAIM BY THE BUYER/OWNER OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR INDEMNIFICATION, SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE OF THE PRODUCTS IN RESPECT TO WHICH DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
COMPANY BE LIABLE TO BUYER/OWNER IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, RELIANCE, STATUTORY, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF REVENUES,
INCONVENIENCE, LOSS BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGE TO GOOD WILL OR REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF
DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR SUCH DAMAGES COULD HAVE BEEN
REASONABLY FORESEEN, IN CONNECTION WITH, ARISING OUT OF, OR AS A RESULT OF, THE SALE, DELIVERY,
SERVICING, USE OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD HEREUNDER, OR FOR ANY LIABILITY OF BUYER TO
ANY THIRD PARTY WITH RESPECT THERETO.
The Claimant undertakes to make claims only in a manner specified herein. The Claimant shall not be involved in activities harming
the brandname of the company anywhere. If found, the same shall leads to rejection of Claim.
LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIMITED REMEDY:
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OR
CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING OR OF
PERFORMANCE, CUSTOM OR USAGE OF TRADE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY

NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
This warranty is void if the product has been subjected to any abuse, improper care, or uncontrollable circumstances. PAINTGUARD
is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from any one or more of the following:
1. Sandstorms, hail, ,heat, tornadoes, hurricanes, or any other unfavorable weather condition;
2. Improper product care, maintenance, or cleaning;
3. Scratches caused by any intention damage;
4. Product abuse, normal wear, accident, collision, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, maladjustment,
modification, customization, alteration or vandalism;
5. Non-automotive applications and/or noncompliant film usage;
6. Chemicals and caustic materials (including cleaners with solvents, such as IPA, or other corrosive materials) or cleaning or
scrubbing the product with abrasive material or thermal abuse or shock (e.g. Excessive heat or cold) or misuse
7. Falling objects;
8. Fraudulent claims related to the film;
9. Cosmetic damages to the film;
10. Products not supplied by us, service by anyone other than us or an installer approved by us, misapplication, faulty installation,
or any installer action or inaction;
11. Any other acts, occurrences, defects, faults, damages not caused by PAINTGUARD, or if the product is altered or has any
labels damaged or tampered. The product is to be used in compliance with all applicable local laws, statutes, rules, regulations,
and ordinances (“Laws”) of the applicable country, state, province, or local jurisdiction.
12. Unreasonable or unintended use of Product .
13. Minor conditions such as stains, and scratches etc.
14. Water spots – water spots are caused by mineral deposits, which if left to dry on the paint protection film may leave a stain,
water spots are not covered .
15. Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint
overspray, or paint manufacturer’ defects, which may be covered under manufactures protection plan.
